The Murapol Group has acquired 17 plots of land under both final and preliminary contracts in the last six months alone. Nearly 7.8 thousand apartments in 10 cities are marked for construction. The total value of transactions made by Murapol is PLN 380m.
The 7 new properties purchased by Murapol were contracted with a preliminary agreement and are designated for a construction of 3.6 thousand apartments. Currently, these properties are pending approval. In Warsaw, the developer has contracted a plot of land that will enable the construction of a residential project with over 350 apartments. The developer’s land bank in Łódź has increased by three properties, which will include a total of 1.2 thousands apartments. In Poznań, Murapol is preparing a project on the contracted land near the Old Town, where 1 thousand apartments are awaiting construction. The remaining real estate contracted for construction are in Gdańsk (300 apartments) and Gliwice.
The remaining 10 contracts are purposed for the finalization of the purchase of previously contracted investment areas on which real estate projects will be implemented. They include over 4.2 thousand premises in 9 cities – including Cracow, Poznan, Warsaw, Torun, Gdansk, where Murapol strengthens its position, as well as in the cities where it is just getting introduced – such as Sosnowiec and Bydgoszcz.
Murapol in 2020 sold almost 3 thousand apartments and at the end of March this year, the group’s portfolio of projects under construction included nearly 7,000 premises in 15 cities.
