Within the framework of the program Mieszkanie Plus, currently 27 thousand units are in the design phase, Miroslaw Barszcz, President of PFR Nieruchomosci, quoted by PAP, informed. Another 55.7 thousand flats are at the stage of investment applications, and approvals for these investments should be given before the end of Q3 2019. So far, 480 apartments have been completed – in Jarocin, Kepno and Biala Podlaska.

The land transferred to the National Property Stock, in turn, gives the potential for the construction of another 60,000 units. The average time of the entire investment program concerning the construction of a flat is about 4 years. The Mieszkanie Plus programme was launched in 2016, which means that it is only just beginning, the representatives of the management board of PFR Nieruchomosci emphasize.
