FB Antczak with a contract for the construction of NOHO Logistic Park Christo Botewa in Kraków

Approximately 25 thousand square metres of warehouse space and 3.5 thousand square metres of office space will be constructed at NOHO Logistic Park at Christo Botewa Street in Cracow. FB Antczak signed a contract for general contractor of the investment.

Within the investment four halls will be built with a total rentable area of approx. 28,500 sqm. The height of the halls will be 8.5 m, and the storage height – 6 m. The investment is being developed in Krakow’s Rybitwy district, in the immediate vicinity of the S7 motorway, which is the eastern ring road of the city, and the Biezanow junction of the A4 motorway.

NOHO Logistic Park Christo Botewa will be the only warehouse and production facility of its kind located so close to Krakow’s city centre. The lease structure offered by the developer is very flexible – the smallest module will have a surface area of 785 sq.m. Each module will also have its own back-up facilities. Each module will also have its own social and office facilities.

– The realisation of NOHO Logistic Park is another contract acquired by the Cracow office of FB Antczak. It is also the next project executed by us in the strategic warehouse and industrial sector for the whole Group. As a general contractor we want to approach this year the level of 200,000 sq m of space delivered to investors, almost doubling our result achieved in 2020. We will be able to achieve this goal thanks to, among others, further dynamic development of our Group in southern Poland – declares Marcin Antczak, Vice-President of FB Antczak.

The author of the project NOHO Logistic Park Christo Botewa is APA Zalewski Architekci. The facilities are planned to be commissioned in the first quarter of 2022.

The investment is carried out by Noho Logistic – a Krakow-based development company dealing with the construction of warehouse and production space. The facilities constructed by Noho Logistic are characterised by a unique approach to design, both in terms of modern design and the applied solutions.
