At what price will we buy the cheapest apartments on the developer market? What size? Which investments will we find them in? The survey is presented by Dompress.pl real estate service.

The prices of the cheapest apartments we have on offer start from PLN 230-250 thousand. We are talking about two-room apartments in the projects Słoneczne Miasteczko in Kraków and Świętokrzyska Park in Gdańsk.

Among our Krakow investments, the cheapest apartments are available in the Atal Kliny Zacisze project. A two-room apartment with an area of almost 42 sqm can be bought in it for over PLN 276 thousand. In Łódź, the cheapest 30-square-metre studio apartment in Chojny Park is over PLN 179 thousand. In the Tricity offer the prices of apartments start from 284 thousand PLN. This price applies to a 38-square-metre flat in the Atal Bosmańska investment in Gdańsk. Among the Poznań investments the cheapest apartment can be found in Atal Warta Towers. In the amount of PLN 276 thousand an apartment of 39 sq. m can be bought there.
In Wrocław, a 33-square-metre flat in the New Town Jagodno development can be bought for about PLN 241 thousand. In the Gliwice investment Apartamenty Karolinki the cheapest available flat costs over PLN 245 thousand. It is a two-room apartment with an area of over 42 square metres. In Katowice our cheapest investment is Nowy Brynów. You can buy a two-room apartment of 42 sqm for nearly 260 thousand PLN. On the Warsaw market we offer the cheapest apartment in the Ostródzka Apartments project. The 41-square-metre flat costs over 296 thousand PLN.

In Gdańsk, in the Free City investment, we have three-room flats of 60 sqm at the lowest price. They can be bought in the amount of 446 thousand PLN. In Warsaw, in the Moja Północna housing estate, we offer 37 metres of two-room flats in the amount of PLN 357 thousand.

This year we are going to deliver the keys to the apartments from the first stage of the Warszawski Świt investment in Targówek and in the 59A Okopowa Apartments building in Warsaw’s Wola district. The cheapest apartments are currently available in the intimate Stacja Centrum investment in Pruszków. In one of the better locations in the city, where it is beautiful and green, there will be nice, functional, well lit flats with large windows and balconies. The cheapest one-room apartment in this investment with an area of over 25 sqm can be purchased for 212 thousand PLN.
