At what price do developers offer parking spaces in underground garages and outdoor parking lots? The survey was conducted by the real estate service Dompress.pl

The prices of parking spaces vary depending on their type. Whether it is a place in a garage hall or in front of the building, with a mobile phone, whether it is a family place for two cars, or located on a platform. The design itself, its location, the amount of parking spaces, i.e. the number of required parking spaces per apartment, which varies from 0.5 to 1.7 parking spaces per apartment, also have a large impact on price. The cheapest parking spaces are available in the amount of PLN 20,000 in the Słoneczne Miasteczko project, and the most expensive ones cost over PLN 40,000.

In our investments, external parking spaces are available for purchase from PLN 10,000. Parking spaces in underground garage halls are already more expensive. For example, in our investment in Pruszków, Stacja Centrum, a garage space costs PLN 30,000 and two purchased for one apartment costs PLN 40,000. The garage space in the Willa Wiślana investment in Warsaw’s Białołęka district costs PLN 31,000. In the Bliska Wola Housing Estate in Warsaw, the parking spaces cost from PLN 55,000 to PLN 69,000 in the Hansa Tower in the centre of Szczecin they are available for purchase in the amount of PLN 82,800. In the Osiedle Gościnne investment on the border of Poznań, two parking spaces belonging to the apartment are offered at the price of the apartment. Places in the garage hall in the New Millennium Housing Estate in Katowice cost PLN 29,000.

Prices of external parking spaces available in selected investments start from several thousand PLN. Places in underground garages are the cost of several dozen thousand zlotys.

They are located, among others, in Jagiełło 6, Centreville, Zajezdnia Wrocław, Grochowska 230 and Soleil de Malta in Poznań. Both apartment and parking space prices vary from city to city and range from about PLN 15,000 to PLN 50,000.

The price of the place depends primarily on the location of the investment. In the popular segment in Warsaw, it is PLN 30,000-40,000. For a place in the garage of the apartments Przy Arsenale you have to pay already PLN 95,000 due to their limited number.

The prices of parking spaces, as well as the prices of apartments vary depending on the city, location in the city and standard of the building. In our Warsaw housing estate Forest Homes we offer parking spaces at the price of a terraced house. Each house has a garage and at least one external parking space. In Red Park in Poznan Red Park parking spaces in the underground garage cost PLN 20,000 while in Nowa Papiernia in Wroclaw, mainly due to its location near the city centre, are higher.

In the prestigious Vitalia Residence in Wrocław, customers pay PLN 27,000 for parking spaces, while in Panoramice in Szczecin – PLN 17,000.
