Jozef Zubelewicz resigns from membership of the Erbudu Management Board

Jozef Zubelewicz, a member of the Erbud Management Board, resigned from running for the next term of office, the company said. The reason for his decision is the fact that he is approaching retirement age.

Jozef Zubelewicz graduated from the Warsaw School of Planning and Statistics (currently: Warsaw School of Economics), Faculty of Foreign Trade. Since October 1999, he has been a member of the Erbudu Management Board. Previously, for three terms (1991-1997), he served as President of VdPD, the Association of Polish Service Companies in Germany, and for eight years he was also a proxy in Polservice, as well as a director of the company’s branch office in our western neighbors. He was also the head of the Western Europe department of Polservice.

Since 1999, Jozef Zubelewicz has been actively involved in the activities of the Polish Association of Construction Industry Employers (PZPB), of which he was president for several years. Currently, he is the vice-chairman of the PZPB board.

Successful first half of the year

Erbud made a consolidated net profit of PLN 16.1m (€3.7m) in the first half of 2019, reversing a loss of PLN 29.9m (€6.9m) in the same period in 2018. Consolidated sales revenues grew by 25% year-on-year, to PLN 1.2bn (€275m) from PLN 959.8m (€220.1m). In the second quarter, Erbud’s sales revenues amounted to PLN 597.8m (€137.1m), compared to PLN 527.4m (€120.9m) a year earlier (+13%).

Erbud’s order backlog was worth PLN 2.2bn (€505m) as at 30 June 2019.
