One of the largest operators of virtual office services, coworking studios and serviced offices, the Chillispaces.com chain invests in a new market. The company will invest in office space in the Preludium office building and will offer 1,500 m2 of flexible office space.
The current portfolio of Chillispaces.com office space comprised 16,000 m2 in 7 buildings in Kraków and one in Lodz. According to the company’s representatives, the Bydgoszcz market is one of the best in terms of location for investments in IT and business services. At the same time, this local market lacks flexible office space offers. According to Robert Jarzabek, co-owner of Chillispaces.com, this fact means that “In the face of the revolution currently taking place on the market, this creates a significant gap and problems for companies that want to respond more agile and flexibly to the shape of their offices in Bydgoszcz. This is especially important in the face of the pandemic and the growing role of hybrid work, combining the performance of office and home duties, resulting in declining demand for traditional offices. That is why we chose Bydgoszcz as the third city in which Chillispaces.com will appear.”
Chillispaces.com’s offer in Bydgoszcz will include 1,500 m2 of space providing a workplace for 267 employees. The amenities that the investor will provide will include access to 14 conference rooms as well as office furniture and installations designed especially for this project. The location is a modern office building Preludium – an investment of the ARD Group implemented at the intersection of Jagiellonska Street and University Road.
