Despite the challenging times, one of the most advanced buildings in the office part of Warsaw’s Mokotów has changed hands. HB Reavis, an international workspace provider, has sold Postępu 14 for almost € 87 m to CA Immo, an office real estate company operating in six capital cities of Central and Eastern Europe. The deal shows how a strategy built on wellbeing-centred technology, services and design has increased the resilience of one of Europe’s leading real estate brands.
HB Reavis’ sale of Postepu 14 to CA Immo shows the international developer’s strength, even during the turmoil of the COVID-19 pandemic. It also proves HB Reavis is well-placed to meet office landlords’ growing focus on health & safety and more flexible workplace solutions.
Completed in 2015, Postepu 14 offers 34,500 m2 of office space. Its current tenants, including AstraZeneca and Samsung Electronics, were attracted to its many amenities. Together with a café, grocery store, chemist and HubHub co-working space; its vibrant user community have enjoyed a rich calendar of events, ranging from concerts to art exhibitions.
The building’s environmental features helped it achieve ‘Excellent’ status with the BREEAM certification scheme. Postepu 14 is powered by wind energy, and uses energy-saving lifts and lighting. It also encourages greener commutes with comprehensive facilities for cyclists and through its location – next to bus and tram stops and a 10-minute walk from an SKM rapid transit station.
