Studio is an office complex with a total of about 43,000m2 GLA, being built by Skanska at Prosta Street in Warsaw. The first phase of the investment includes 17,600m2 of GLA – fourteen above-ground and three underground levels. The construction is scheduled to be completed in Q3 2023. This is yet another project of the Swedish developer in the business center of the capital.
The facility will be a complex of two office buildings, with 286 parking spaces and 285 spaces for bicycles – an extensive infrastructure has been prepared for cyclists, while in the vicinity of the complex, there is a network of revitalized bicycle paths, city bike stations, as well as numerous bus and tram stops. The complex, among others, will change the image of another quarter of Warsaw’s Wola, since a publicly accessible city space with year-round vegetation and small architecture will be created as part of the investment. The square will also provide a connection between Prosta and Lucka streets and Fabryka Norblina.
The project authors are the Danish studio Arrow Architects and the Polish Grupa 5 Architekci.
