Echo Investment will build the 2nd stage of the ENTER estate in Poznan with the use of modern system technologies. Thanks to prefabrication, the developer will be able to hand over the keys to the premises to customers even faster, while maintaining high quality of implementation. The first residents will move into the buildings at the end of 2021.
The second stage of the ENTER estate will offer over 100 apartments. The completion date of its implementation will coincide with the completion date of the long-awaited tram line that will connect Naramowice with the center of Poznan.
– Drawing on two decades of experience in Poznań, we strengthen our presence in Naramowice and continue to create residential complexes in this district with full urban infrastructure, green areas and meeting places for the local community. The 2nd stage of the ENTER estate will be built with the use of prefabrication – a technology that is more beneficial for the environment due to reduced CO² emissions during production and allows for faster implementation of the investment – says Dawid Wrona, sales director at Echo Investment.
The buildings of the second stage will be built with the use of ready-made structural elements, the so-called prefabricated elements that are produced under controlled conditions in the factory. As a result, they are manufactured according to the highest quality standards to meet the increased requirements in terms of thermal conditions and acoustic insulation in apartments. Such elements can be assembled at the construction site in all conditions, even in winter at temperatures below zero, which guarantees the continuity of works. An additional advantage of prefabrication is the possibility of designing a modern interior design in a loft atmosphere by using concrete.
– The advantage is the modern technology, which shortens the construction time thanks to the use of sandwich walls with ready-made insulation, facade and window joinery, assembled by professional assembly teams. This will enable faster delivery and renting of the premises, which is appreciated by customers and investors – comments Marta Sattlberger, director of the implementation department at Pekabex, a producer of facilities made of modern prefabricated elements.
As the first Polish developer, Echo Investment provides standard intelligent solutions from the world leader in automation and guarantees numerous amenities in common areas. All apartments in the ENTER estate will be equipped with Echo Smart solutions, tailored to the individual needs of their owners.
So far, Echo Investment has already completed seven residential projects in Poznan, including Male Naramowice Rynek i Pod Klonami housing estate, Kasztanowa Aleja, a luxurious apartment building Nad Warta and Osiedle Perspektywa. There are two new, unique projects under construction: the Esencja apartment building in Grabary and the Nasz Jeżyce estate.
