On September 30, 2019 the construction of a housing estate in Minsk Mazowiecki started within the framework of the Mieszkanie Plus programme, informed the Ministry of Investment and Development. The planned completion date of the project is Q4 2021.
Almost 140 apartments
An estate in Minsk Mazowiecki will be built at Klonowa Street. It will consist of two four-storey buildings with 138 apartments. Most of them are two- and three-room flats. There will also be several studios. The area of two-room flats ranges from 35 to 55 m2, and three-room flats from 46 to 66 m2.
Future tenants will also have at their disposal 110 parking spaces in the underground garage and 36 ground spaces.
The estate is being developed in cooperation between PFR Real Estate and local PHU Partner company.
Mieszkanie Plus in Mazovia
The housing estate at Klonowa Street is the first investment started in Mazovia. In the entire Mazowieckie Voivodeship, PFR Nieruchomości is analyzing over 50 locations. Among them there are plots in Sochaczew, Nadarzyn, Minsk Mazowiecki, Kobylka and Warsaw.
The capital city is planning to develop a housing estate called Nowe Jeziorki, which will consist of almost 3,000 flats. The architectural and urban concept was developed by AMC Andrzej M. Choldzynski and 22 Architects.
Mieszkanie Plus currently
Within the framework of the Mieszkanie plus program, 867 units of Biala Podlaska, Walbrzych, Gdynia, Jarocin and Kepno were created. Currently, 864 units are under construction in Katowice, Jarocin, Debica and Kepice. There are 18,000 units in Poland at the design stage.
