The ROBYG Group is introducing 160 units for sale in the next stage of the Modern City estate in Warsaw’s Bemowo district. The offer of 5-storey buildings includes apartments with areas ranging from 30 m2 to 70 m2. The investment is located at ul. Szeligowska 53 – 200 meters from the second metro line.
The Modern City estate will include over 800 apartments in 9 stages. All standard premises, at no additional cost, will be equipped with the Keemple Smart House system.
“Modern City is a continuation of the comprehensive project that ROBYG has been implementing in Warsaw’s Bemowo for several years. We have created a new urban fabric here as part of the Young City estate, which included 1,200 apartments. As part of the construction of a fully functional part of the city, we have financed many infrastructure projects, access roads, pedestrian walkways, playgrounds and outdoor gyms. Modern Space is an estate located just 200 meters from the second metro line – says Joanna Chojecka, sales and marketing director for Warsaw and Wrocław at ROBYG SA.
The ROBYG housing estates offer a full fiber optic installation, photovoltaic panels, air conditioning, electrically operated external roller shutters and a monitoring system that significantly increases safety.
All ROBYG estates also have a photovoltaic installation, which generates electricity used for the needs of the common areas of the building – i.e. lighting for corridors, staircases, lobbies, fitness zones and playgrounds for children.
As standard, all ROBYG apartments are equipped with the modern Keemple Smart House technology. Customers do not have to pay any additional fees for this solution. Smart House enables remote control of home electronics, heating and the security system.
