Supervisory Board of P.A. Nova, dealing with comprehensive investment services in the design and construction, on 18 June this year appointed to the position of President of the Board Tomasz Janik.
Many years of experience
Tomasz Janik is associated with P.A. Nova since April 2017, and half a year later he was appointed Vice-President of the Management Board for Financial Affairs. Previously, for 8 years he was associated with Mostostal Zabrze, where he was also responsible for finance. New President of P.A. Nova is a graduate of the Katowice University of Economics and the Silesian International School of Commerce, holding an ACCA (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) Diploma, which is one of the most prestigious professional qualifications in finance and accounting.
Previous CEO of P.A. Nova, for approximately one year was Piotr Korek, who resigned from his function on 28 September 2018 for personal reasons.
2018 with slightly worse results
P.A. Nova in 2018 recorded PLN 17.67m in consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company, compared to PLN 20.05m profit a year earlier, down by 12% y-o-y. Consolidated sales revenues were at the level of PLN 183.54m, compared to PLN 248.03m in 2017, which in turn means a decrease by 26% y-o-y.
