Sales of apartments
Sales results over three quarters at 1,853 units net (excluding Young City 2 project resignations due to lengthy administrative procedures) are in line with the company’s plans. In Q3 2019 alone, sales amounted to 630 units.
In the first half of 2019, the developer extended its activity to Poznan. It purchased a plot of land in Ostrow Tumski with a potential of 1,400 units. Development activity is also conducted in Warsaw, Gdansk and Wroclaw.
Handing over housing to customers
In Q1-Q3 2019, Robyg handed over 1,400 premises. The Company expects the highest volume of deliveries in the last quarter of 2019, which will enable the implementation of the plan assuming 2,800-3,000 flats in the whole year.
In the first half of the year. Robyg had 3,850 units under construction in three cities and launched 1,280 flats for sale. At that time, the company purchased land for PLN 140m, which made it possible to build about 14,000 flats.
PLN 50m profit
In H1 2019, Robyg Group recorded a net profit of almost PLN 50m, with revenues of PLN 420.6m. In the corresponding period of last year, the company had nearly PLN 65m of net profit and PLN 420.1m of sales revenue.
