Ronson Development in the whole of 2018 contracted 773 units compared to 815 units in the previous year, which means a decrease by 10% y-o-y. The number of units delivered to customers, which will be recognized in the profit and loss account for the previous year, was 764, compared to 833 in 2017, which in turn means a decrease by 8%, the company said in a press release.
In Q4 2018 alone, the developer contracted 134 units, which is a slightly weaker result than in the previous year, due to the fact that in Q4 2018 it entered the market with a heavily sold offer and the delay of new projects, which for procedural reasons will not start until 2019, commented Andrzej Gutowski, a board member and sales director of the company. We are talking about Warsaw’s Ursus Central investments and the third stage of the My City project in Bialoleka.
In Q4 2018, Ronson Development delivered 57 units to its clients, including 21 in the prestigious Nova Krolikarnia project in the capital city, which includes apartments with large areas and high average unit prices, thanks to which their delivery will have the largest share in the last quarter’s revenues,” said Rami Geris, member of the board and financial director of the developer.
