Michal Stanislawski joined the team of Panattoni Europe, the leader of the industrial real estate market. He will take up a new position in capital markets in Poland. Panattoni Europe operates in Central and Eastern Europe and has been active on the Polish market for 14 years.

Continuation of the trend in warehouse developments

The new director will be responsible for managing investor relations, including raising capital for dynamically growing investment projects. Optimal cooperation between the company and its capital partners and investors in real estate in the logistics sector is crucial for Panattoni’s operations in Poland. This is mainly due to an increase in investment transactions on the warehouse and industrial real estate market. The warehouse market is becoming more and more attractive and attracts the attention of investors. High activity on the warehouse market is caused by a strong expansion of the e-commerce sector.
