Karuzela is not slowing down and is planning another retail park. This time it is Silesia and Jastrzebie Zdroj.
Another place, which found itself in the circle of interest of Karuzela Holding is Jastrzebie Zdroj. This city of almost 90 thousand inhabitants is interesting due to its location, very high purchasing power (average salary is 168% of the national average!) and low saturation with modern commercial facilities.
“More than a month ago we bought a land with a total area of about 3.8ha, at the intersection of Jana Pawla II and Broniewskiego streets, where we will develop an object with an area of more than 11,000 m2. In Park Handlowy Karuzela there will be about 15 shops. The project is prepared by Pracownia Projektowa Studio Projekt from Cieszyn”. – says Grzegorz Pekalski from Karuzela. “The last shopping centre opened in Jastrzębie more than 11 years ago, which practically means that there are no modern retail facilities in the city today” – Pekalski adds.
The industrial character of the city, the very high purchasing power of its residents as well as the proximity to the Slovakian border will allow the project to attract an above-average number of customers.
