The supervisory board of Pozbud T&R, on February 14 2019, informed about the extension of the board to three people and the appointment to its composition of Michal Ulatowski, while entrusting him with the function of Vice-President of the Board. These changes are dictated by the plans of further expansion of the domestic and foreign company. They are also aimed at improving the business structure and ensuring a consistent division of decision-making and business functions, written in the press release.

Michal Ulatowski is a graduate of the Poznan University of Economics, Faculty of Management and Economics. In the years 2007-2018, he was a member of the Management Board and the Chief Financial Officer of Torpol. Prior to that, he had also held the position of Chief Accountant for two years. Pozbud T&R is a company present on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2008. He specializes in the production of doors and windows and in providing comprehensive construction services.
