In which housing estates we can find apartments with gardens? What is the largest area? At what prices are such premises offered? The survey is presented by the real estate website dompress.pl.

Apartments with gardens are available in practically every project, because all apartments situated on the first floor of buildings have gardens. Such flats are popular especially in cosy housing estates with lower buildings. Prices of apartments with gardens depend on the city in which the investment is located and the size of the garden, and they start from around PLN 220,000. Our offer includes apartments with gardens of up to 200 square metres.

There is no shortage of people interested in buying apartments with gardens, which is why we design them in almost every residential project. We offer apartments with spacious gardens of large sizes. For example, in the Nowe Miasto Polesie project in Łódź, you can find an apartment of 73 sqm with a 12 sqm terrace and a 346 sqm garden, which costs less than PLN 444,000.

In Warsaw, in the Osiedle Poematu project, an apartment of 57 sqm with a garden of 166 sqm is available, priced at PLN 470 thousand. In Cracow’s investment Atal Aleja Pokoju one can find an apartment of 60 sq. m. with a garden of 40 sq. m. and a terrace of 11 sq. m. with south-western exposure for the price of 543 thousand zlotys.

In Poznan, in the Ptasia 20 investment, a four-room flat is available, with an area of 76 sq. m. and a garden on both sides of the apartment, with a total area of 86 sq. m. The price is PLN 499,000.

In the Wrocław investment Nowe Miasto Jagodno, on the other hand, we have a three-room apartment of 68 sq. m. with less than 80 sq. m. of garden and a 17 sq. m. terrace for 482 thousand zlotys. Inhabitants of the Silesian agglomeration may be interested, in turn, in a unit in the Apartamenty Karolinki project in Gliwice, where an apartment of 58 sq. m. with a 17 sq. m. garden is on offer for PLN 339 thousand.

At present, the most attractive apartments with gardens are on sale in two projects in Wrocław: Le Vert in Pilczyce, which is before the start of construction, and Perspective – Urban Villas which is under construction. In Le Vert project, a 49 sqm apartment with an almost 18 sqm garden is available for purchase at the price of PLN 398,361. A 62-square meter apartment with an 18-square meter garden can be purchased for PLN 492,966.

The Perspective Urban Villas project offers an apartment of over 37 sq m with a garden of over 140 sq m at a price of PLN 378,000. A unit of 84 sqm with a garden of 166 sqm is available at the price of PLN 733,800.

For the time being, we do not have apartments with gardens in our offer, but due to the growing need to live on the peripheries in connection with the pandemic, it is worth emphasizing that we offer houses with garages and gardens in the Villa Campina housing estate near the Kampinos Forest, just several kilometers from the border of Warsaw. The houses, with a total area of 134 sqm and gardens ranging from 350 sqm to 500 sqm, can be purchased for between PLN 719,000 and 807,000. They can be moved into already in December. The houses are made of prefabricated wooden modules with the use of a modern heating and ventilation system. They are distinguished by low energy demand for heating and ventilation. They cost as much as a traditional house and are cheaper to use. Directly at the gate there is a bus stop.

Apartments with gardens have long been very popular among our customers. We are currently observing their increased popularity, which in the era of the pandemic is supposed to compensate for the inconvenience related to home insulation. Our offer in Wroclaw and Krakow includes apartments with gardens at various prices and areas. Lokum Verde, being developed in Wrocław’s Zakrzów district, is a housing estate with courtyards full of varied greenery. The largest garden in this project has an area of 187 m2 and belongs to an apartment of 90 m2. Those interested in smaller sizes can choose from 1, 2, 3 and 4-room apartments, which have gardens of 15-102 sqm.

In Sobótka near Wrocław, right by the Ślężański Landscape Park, we are building the Lokum Monte housing estate. Attractive location surrounded by forests and hills, private wellness zone and high standard make it an excellent choice for those seeking relaxation and direct contact with nature. We currently offer comfortable apartments of 39 -77 m2 with gardens ranging from 15 m2 to 178 m2. Some flats have two gardens.

At the Lokum Vista housing estate in Kraków we offer apartments of 31-84 m2 with gardens of up to 22 m2. Lokum Siesta is a housing estate situated by the river, in the vicinity of the Wilga River Park. The offer of the second stage currently includes several free apartments of 35-65 m2 with gardens of up to 37 m2. Some of the units have two gardens.

In the investment Miasteczko Jutrzenki we have a large offer of apartments with gardens. You can choose two-room flats with areas from 39 sqm to 49 sqm, and three-room flats with areas from 58 sqm to 65 sqm. The smallest garden is 12 sqm, while the largest is 58 sqm. Prices of apartments with gardens range from PLN 407,185 to PLN 601,883.

The area of the apartments ranges from 27 sqm to 99 sqm, and the gardens from 16 sqm to 176 sqm. They can be purchased for between PLN 232,180 and PLN 1,257,586.

We also have apartments with gardens in our Wrocław offer. They are available from 266 838 PLN in the Jagodno estate, and from 235 340 PLN in the Wojszyckie Alejki II project.

Apartments with gardens have become a desirable but scarce commodity during the pandemic. A garden has naturally become an extension of the apartment’s area, and nowadays every additional square meter is worth its weight in gold. Our sales statistics show that first floor apartments have become very popular. This trend is particularly strong in small, low-rise projects, such as Tulip Wilanów in Warsaw, Nowe Warzymice in Szczecin, or Viva Jagodno in Wroclaw.

In the latter project, we have introduced a very interesting product – two-level apartments with gardens. These apartments are particularly valued by families with children. At present we have 9 such apartments on offer, with a surface area of 71-115 sqm and gardens of 40-60 sqm. Prices of such flats vary from 524 000 PLN to 835 000 PLN.

And for those looking for much larger spaces, we have on offer the last finished house in the Nova Królikarnia development in Warsaw’s Mokotów with an area of 227 sq m and a garden of almost 400 sq m for PLN 3 million.

Practically in each of our investments we have apartments with gardens. Some of them have very large areas. For example, in the Jeleniogórska project in Poznań we offer gardens of up to 200 sqm. Together with a 52-square-meter apartment, the client receives a great product for 405 thousand zlotys. Such an apartment is an alternative to a semi-detached or terraced house, and in addition, unlike those solutions, future owners are within easy reach of public transport. The distance from the streetcar stop is only a 2 minute walk.

Last available apartments with gardens are also in Ellada Park investment in Poznan Strzeszyn. An apartment of 65 sqm. with a garden of 126 sqm. is priced at around 440 thousand zlotys.

Apartments with gardens are a hallmark of Osiedle Księżnej Dąbrówki. In the currently available for sale Zbrojowa stage, all such premises have found buyers, but more are on the horizon. The new stage of the estate is in the final phase of designing and should see the light of day in the second half of this year, when we plan to start the process of completing this investment.
